You show up for everyone — Living Able shows up for you.

Hi, my name is Nonhlanhla Hazel Sithole.

Like most people, I've spent a lot of my life being the one others lean on. Somewhere along the way, I started to notice how rarely we ask who's holding space for the people who hold space for everyone else. Living Able Counselling grew out of that — a simple belief that everyone deserves support, including the people who are usually giving it.

I work from a strengths-based approach, which means I believe you already have what you need within you, and sometimes it just takes the right space and support to find it. I offer counselling for stress, emotional overwhelm, and the everyday weight life can bring, including what it's like to live far from home. In a world where it's become easier to talk to a screen than to a person, I still believe there's something human connection offers that nothing else quite can — being truly seen and heard by someone who's present with you, not just responding to you.

Sessions are available online, in English and isiZulu. If you're looking for someone to talk things through with, I'd be glad to work with you.
